Puerto Penasco, MX (Rocky Point) is the spring break vacation favorite spot for guests from Arizona and San Diego.  It is a safe, friendly, easy to drive to tourist town.  There are so many fun things to do and great restaurants.  Locals are natural hospitality ambassadors with a friendly smile, most speak English, and know the value of the American tourist.  Puerto Penasco is not on the US travel Alert list, it is listed as Safe, which makes this a popular tourist destination.

La Quinta Resort and Spa has been a favorit hotel of mine for over 30 years and to own a villa there is a dream come true.  If you are a lover of this resort, you'll be most grateful that you have found my listing and I am so happy to have you.

I purchased Napili Shores in Maui because of the following this resort has.  Most of my rental inquiries are from repeat guests of the resort and so, my business requires very little worry over how to market this property, plus it's probably the best value of all the Napili Shores condos.  I haven't had a chance to upgrade and remodel this condo since I bought it in 2013 but will like be doing that in the next year or so.
